This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Qontiv’s Services. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

Illegal or harmful content

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe or misappropriate any third-party intellectual property rights

System and network abuse

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
• Attempt to breach or circumvent security or authentication measures
• Access or use the Services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Services
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without prior written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services

Unauthorized access

• Access the account of another user without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Obtain account credentials through phishing, spoofing, or other deceptive means

Data and privacy

• Collect or harvest information about other users without consent
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Process sensitive personal data (medical, financial, biometric) without appropriate safeguards and consent

Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP, contact security@qontiv.com.

Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
